As many of your know, PoxNora and the dev team were recently acquired by Sony Online Entertainment. You can read the press release here.

Many of you will soon discover that PoxNora, now being a part of SOE, is going to really develop and mature its community to a much larger one. I’m especially excited about this, as I hope you all are. With this growth will come wonderful new community events and interactions.

I’m proud to announce that we will be starting a new Community Activity. Each week PoxNora will highlight a small story about a Pox player, this is purely voluntary and is just a way for you to introduce yourself to the community in another way. This week our player is Sackett, he happens to be a current contestant in our All Commons Tourney. You can view his spotlight in our forums here.

And for those of you wondering, our blog post 2 weeks ago about the photo caption contest - the winners will be announced tomorrow. Be on the look out for it on the forums.

So I brought my camera in today to capture some of what the Greens do during the day. We’re so happy with the results that we’ve opted for these photos to be the subject matter for a caption contest. Here’s how it will work: look at all the photos, find the ones you like the best and then come up with captions describing what each are about. Winners will receive a FREE expansion pack, and will be announced two weeks from today.
(example: Photo #3 - “Pox or foos? So many choices!?”)
